Q: Do I have to park a minimum number of days?
A: NO. There is no minimum stay. The minimum charge applies at all times.
Q : How do I get to the airport from “PARK ‘N FLY”?
A: We have a free continuous shuttle service from our premises to all terminals, including Air New Zealand Domestic, Qantas, Pacific Blue and International airport.
Q: Do you wait for me at the airport when I come back?
A: No. You have to call us once you are out and ready to be picked up. Our shuttle will come and pick you up.
Q: Is 0800 available from mobile?
A: No. Only from landlines and public phones. There are a lot of public phones at all terminals.
Q: Do I have to wait for long before you take me to the airport?
A: All depends on the day, the traffic flow, the flight arrivals and departures and number of people we have to transfer. We have a continuous shuttle service, 24 hours , seven days.
Q: How much time should I allow to be at “PARK ‘N FLY”?
A: Please allow at least 20 minutes before check-in to be at “PARK ‘N FLY’ .
Q: Do you take credit cards for payment?
A: WE ONLY ACCEPT Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Cash.
Q: My flight arrives at midnight, will you pick me up?
A: Yes. “PARK ‘N FLY” IS OPEN 24/7 AND CATERS FOR ALL FLIGHT DEPARTURES AND ARRIVALS.
Q: Are you open on public holidays including Christmas Day?
A: We are open everyday of the year including Christmas day.
Q: Will you pick my car up from the terminal?
A: Yes we can. For kerbside pick up, a small fee of $25 applies.
Q: I have parked my car already and have to extend my trip now. What do I do?
A: You have to advise us at least 24 hours in advance via email.
Q: Do I get a refund if I arrive earlier than expected?
A: Early returns must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover for unexpected events.
